2. Digital products
We sell downloadable digital publications, including recipe books and complementary guides. No physical item is included or shipped. Product pages state the language, contents, price and currency before purchase.
3. Orders and payment
An order is accepted after the payment provider confirms successful payment. Prices are displayed before checkout. Any applicable taxes or payment provider charges shown at checkout form part of the final amount.
4. Delivery
Digital access is provided after payment confirmation, normally by email and an online access page. Delivery details are explained in our Fulfilment & Delivery Policy.
5. Licence and acceptable use
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files for private purposes. You may download and store a personal copy. You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly, reproduce commercially or remove ownership notices from the content.
6. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe and display our products accurately. Minor visual differences may occur between devices or updated editions. Recipes and nutritional content are general information and do not replace medical or dietary advice.
7. Refunds

8. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or replace download links and digital files when needed. We will provide reasonable support if a valid customer loses access.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses or for problems caused by incompatible devices, third-party services or failure to follow product instructions.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Consumers retain any mandatory rights available under the laws of their country of residence.
